Leila’s Play

Neuro and Physical Diversity Workshop with Leila’s Play

Leila’s Play is a unique adventure game that mixes important topics with a fun, mysterious story. In this single-player detective game, you join Leila and her friends as they solve puzzles at a theater festival where things start going wrong—props go missing, lights malfunction, and everyone’s wondering if it’s sabotage… or something more supernatural!

Set in a quirky, run-down club called “Void,” famous for having a ghost called the Phantom of the Void, Leila’s Play unfolds during a campfire party the night before the festival. The story follows a QT-BiPoC theater troupe as they prepare for their performance, but strange things keep happening. Together, you and Leila must figure out what’s really going on by solving puzzles and interacting with the diverse characters in the troupe.

The game isn’t just about solving mysteries though—it’s also about tackling deeper themes like inclusion, disabilities, ableism, and neuro- and physical diversity. Leila’s Play weaves these important topics into the gameplay in a way that’s engaging and thought-provoking, all while keeping things fun and a little spooky!
